My scene- Overall i think my scene went well. Some things we did well was understanding our objectives for the scene and our characters motivation for everything they say or do which allowed me to think as my character and really understand the scene. We also knew all our lines and didn't mess up allowing it to flow easily and not focus on the next line but the next feeling and intention. We also had spacial awareness and created a world for us to perform in, i could vision the environment they were in and allowed that to effect the way i moved and behaved because i was in a work place. We kept in character during the scene and had strong three dimensional built up understandings of those characters to rely on this is a low status not powerful point in her life where she wouldn't be strong and powerful and i think i projected that but i could have played up parts like her fainting more. We also had some chemistry which was something we worked on a lot because at the start i fe...

Linda is in a vulnerable place after being rejected by Dave and learning about Neil and Stevie so when a Luke is kind to her she is very willing to have sex with him, i think she does it to get back at Neil and to prove that she is young and wanted. In the scene Luke is kind to Linda and there is some flirtation and then Luke starts undermining Linda and preaching his religion which annoys Linda as she wants to feel valued and to make herself valued she has sex with him in a cupboard.

Notes from other groups- Most groups had interview structure but focused on creating an exciting theatrical piece not just speaking, some groups were interactive to include the audience which was fun. Her plays have been performed in the Bush Theatre, the National Theatre, the Edinburgh festival and the Royal Court. Her first play Fucked was put on in 2008 and the Old Red Lion.
